Refund and Returns Policy

When Returns Are Accepted

Because our products are natural personal care items, we accept returns only in the following situations:

  • If your order arrives damaged

  • If you receive the wrong product

  • If the product is leaking or unusable on delivery

To help us assist you quickly:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

How to Request a Refund

Refund or Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will arrange a refund or replacement, depending on availability

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers, unless they are damaged or incorrect

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
